Custom Size was messed up for the Amiga StandAlone version. It always
tried to scale to D2 aspect afterwards (I believe). Custom Size is
perfect for 4.0, so what you see between the camera "frame boundaries" is
whjat you get. I have had problems with the boundaries showing up on my
display card when running under Win32s, but they are fine under NT.
